If you’re experiencing issues with the registration of your business account, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Turn on private browsing and register the account through that. If the login is successful, the problem may be due to an accumulation of cookies and cache in your browser. In this case, clear the cookies and cache. After creating your account via private browsing, you can log in with your normal browser.
- It’s possible you already have an account on Booking.com with the same email address you’re trying to register. In this case, log into your account, click on your name on the top right corner and select ‘Add a Business Account’. Follow the steps on this page to register a business account with your current email.
