If you’re experiencing log-in issues with your business account, we recommend activating private browsing and log in through that. If the login is successful, the problem may be down to an accumulation of cookies and cache in your browser. In this case, clear the cookies and cache to be able to log in from your browser.
If your password is incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the extranet
- Insert your email address and click on ‘Next’
- Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Enter your email address again. A reset link will be sent to your inbox to reset the password.
If you’re still unable to log in after trying these steps, contact us via this link. Please have to hand:
- Your company ID
- The list of email addresses affected by the login issue
- A screenshot of the error message in English
