In case a refund is initiated, the total refund amount will be transferred to the Booking.com Wallet in the users account. ‘My Wallet’ can be found within the personal account as long as there’s credit in the wallet. The credit of the wallet can be used as payment for future reservations on Booking.com or be cashed out to a credit card. Please note that cashing out to a credit card is not possible for reward credits, such as gift cards or incentives.
