To modify or cancel your reservation, please follow these steps:
- Click on your name on the top right corner of Booking.com homepage.
- Select ‘Business account’.
- Then select ‘Bookings’.
- In the bookings page, click on ‘View booking’. On this page, you can cancel or make modifications to your reservation, such as changing the dates, adding an extra room, editing the guest names or sending a special request to the property.
