During the booking process, you are given the option to enter an optional email address for the guest you are reserving for.
The email you enter there will be saved along with this guest's contact details. After this, every time you use this email to make a booking this guest's name will be automatically used. Therefore, only enter the guest's email address in the 'optional email' field, never the booker's email address.
In order to remove the email from a contact, please do the following:
- on the 'People's page, scroll down to the account contacts
- enter email addresses used by colleagues in the 'Find Contact' field.
- if a contact appears, click on 'Edit' and remove the email address from the contact (make sure the contact is not an administrator, travel organizer or booker).
