In case a refund is initiated, the total refund amount will be transferred to the Booking.com wallet in the users account. ‘My Wallet’ can be found within the personal account as long as there is credit in the wallet. The credit of the wallet can be used to 1) reuse on booking an accommodation or 2) cash out to a credit card. Please note that cashing out to a credit card is not possible for rewards credits (e.g. Gift Cards, Incentives, etc.).
